Hattie Reed’s 24-year career encompasses entrepreneurship, human resources, management, and sales with national corporations, including the creation of her own company, HReed & Company Executive Search.

Hattie and her husband, Randy, with their two daughters, moved to Castle Rock in 1987. Both enjoy watching and participating in the growth of Castle Rock and Douglas County.

Mark Eibner

Mark has been in the Real Estate business for 35 years. He is the founder, owner, and broker of Realty Oasis, a residential home sales brokerage. Mark has lived in Parker since 1989 and has also been involved with other Parker area nonprofits, such as the Parker Senior Center.

Nancy Shea is the Market President at the Castle Rock branch of PB&T Bank. She has been an associate with PB&T Bank since 2017 and has more than 30 years of experience as a lender.

A longtime resident of Castle Rock, Nancy has lived in the area for 18 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog, volunteering her time at a dog rescue, reading, and spending time outdoors.

Brenda enriches the Castle Country Assisted Living board with a 15-year background in senior living and marketing. Her leadership at Spectrum Retirement Communities, coupled with her hands-on experience from volunteering at Victorian House — where her mom resided for seven years— highlights her dedication to senior care. Her comprehensive experience and personal commitment drive her to enhance Castle Country Assisted Living’s mission, ensuring a thriving community for all residents. 

Gregg Kay
Board Member & Legal Counsel

Gregg has extensive experience as General counsel for a local Mortgage Bank, private practice and 13 years in the Colorado Attorney General’s office.
