We are thrilled to welcome Jeannie Patton to the Castle Country Assisted Living (CCAL) community! Jeannie comes to us with a strong background in senior living and an affinity for helping those in the community grow and feel supported. In her role as Sales & Marketing Manager, Jeannie is responsible for spreading the word about CCAL to the larger community, as well as ensuring our residents are aware of the services and amenities available to them.

With over twenty years of experience, Jeannie has worked in all facets of the industry: memory care, independent living, assisted living, skilled care and senior adult day care programs. Jeannie’s passion for working with seniors comes from the enjoyment she gets from making personal connections with residents and their loved ones. “I love to hear about their journey in life and what has brought them to the present day,” she explains. “I feel good being able to find a solution for their housing and care needs. It is satisfying knowing that I helped give the family and resident peace of mind.” For Jeannie, it’s important for her residents to feel cared for, safe and loved. When asked what her favorite part of working at CCAL was, she responded that she loves the family atmosphere and feeling that everyone is working together to give the best possible life to the residents. “The residents are very involved and truly have a say in what goes on in their homes. It’s great to know the residents are heard and we are all part of one big family.”

Jeannie and her family

When she’s not at CCAL, Jeannie is living a packed personal life. Her three teenagers keep her on her toes as she likes to stay involved in their busy lives. She takes advantage of all Colorado offers with its active outdoor lifestyle with hiking, fishing and camping trips. When she does have a rare quiet moment to herself, she likes working on DIY projects and Pinterest attempts. “The key word here is ‘attempts,’” she laughs. “My daughter sometimes refers to them as ‘Pinterest fails’ because the end product is sometimes completely different than how we thought it would look.”

Jeannie, welcome to CCAL! We are so very lucky to have you as part of our family!
